If you need an order by a specific date, please get in touch to discuss.
Our jewellery is especially made to order, by hand in our Hampshire studios.
We begin to make your order the following business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) after we receive it. We aim for orders to be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days from order date, during busy periods please allow up to 7 business days.
Need an order urgently? Please message us to let us know when you need it by and we will do out absolute best to help!
All items are sent via Royal Mail, from our UK studio.
Delivery - UK Orders
Once dispatched estimated delivery times apply from dispatch date, not from order date.
Order overs £30 qualify for FREE 1st Class Delivery, unless alternative shipping option has bee selected at time of placing your order. Shipping upgrades are available, please select at time of placing your order. (This does not speed up our dispatch timeframes).
International Orders
If you are outside of the UK please shop with us via our Etsy shop here.
